Our services

Smart Education Link provides education counselling, application assistance and related student services. Counselling is provided free of charge to students. Third-party services such as translations, insurance or transfers may carry their own fees, which we will confirm with you in writing before proceeding.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and genuine information and documents. Providing false or misleading information may result in an application being refused and may affect your immigration status. You remain responsible for meeting the conditions of any visa granted to you.

No guarantee of outcome

Admission decisions are made by education providers and visa decisions are made by the Australian Government. We cannot guarantee an offer, a visa grant, or a particular processing time.

Fees and refunds

Tuition fees, refunds and deferrals are governed by the written agreement between you and your education provider. Please read your offer letter and the provider's refund policy carefully before accepting.
